Inside the Whirling Dance of the Heart
Banafsheh will initiate you into the Sama, the holy ritual of whirling through a clear, straightforward method she has developed from years of experience that allows everyone regardless of their level of ability to access this profound Sufi movement meditation that opens the heart, activates the pineal gland and powerful intuition.
An age-old practice of the legendary Sufi masters Rumi and Shams, the Sama is an inner journey to the Beloved. It dissolves mental chatter into the vast ocean of presence, and you begin to simply be…unchained, free, present, and wildly inspired.
Listen…listen with your heart… and allow this listening to lead you into a spinning dance that connects you to the greater universal field of love where you can receive blessings and guidance from the infinite, and become a channel for blessings and wisdom in our traumatized world.
The new physics informs us that everything we see as matter is actually space spinning. This is how everything comes to exist. Space time spins itself into protons, atoms, planets, stars, galaxies, universes and of course, you! How profound, then, to step into the spin consciously with the intention to create coherence between the body, heart and mind, activate supernatural powers, and upgrade ourselves to the next level of being.
Life forms become coherent through the spin. – Nassim Haramein
The poetry we love from Rumi flowered through him as he whirled in perfect rhyme and meter in the Persian language. This is a testament to the power of this sacred dance as a way to create coherence and connect directly with the source of consciousness and constant stream of intuition. Rumi became Rumi through the Sama!
