Dear Dancer, we will continue with our fun dance sequence. I recommend that you wear dance shoes or socks.

Recommended Exercise
As you continue to dedicate to feeling the ground with your feet, I invite you to observe the armor around your hips and if it is possible to loosen it with your awareness.
