Session 5: The Heart Field

The Heart Field

Dear Dancer, we will continue exploring Persian Dance. Please wear socks or dance shoes.

We will end our Session with a meditation focusing on the expansion of our heart.

Recommended Exercise
As you continue to dedicate to feeling the ground with your feet, and remembering to loosen the armor around your hips, staying in your center and initiating daily life movements from your center, make a point of sensing your heart space.
